Dear Kyra is a digital-first women’s telehealth platform focused on making healthcare more accessible, personalized, and stigma-free. Our design goal was to create a space that feels safe, modern, and empowering for women seeking health support online.

  • Warm & Inviting Aesthetic: Soft color palettes, rounded UI elements, and human-centered visuals were used to build trust and comfort.
  • Clarity & Calm: The interface balances whitespace with focused typography, ensuring that users—especially first-timers—can navigate health services without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Empathy-Driven Content Layout: Information was structured to answer common questions, remove stigma, and guide users gently into consultation flows.
  • Mobile-First Experience: Considering telehealth users often browse from their phones, the entire platform was designed with a mobile-first mindset.

We adopted a human-centered design approach, ensuring that every decision supported the user’s emotional and practical needs.

  • Research & Empathy Mapping: We worked closely with the client to understand the needs of women seeking tele-health services—focusing on sensitivity, privacy, and reassurance.
  • UX Strategy & Content Flow: A key challenge was presenting medical services in a way that felt both professional and approachable. We mapped clear user flows from landing to consultation booking, reducing friction at each step.
Process of turning concepts into wireframe
  • UI Design in Figma: We built a clean, scalable design system in Figma, with components tailored for trust, readability, and conversion (e.g., discreet CTAs, subtle animations, FAQ sections).
Custom built infinite looping Rive animation to add user delight
  • Webflow Development: We developed the site in Webflow, integrating custom CMS collections for articles, services, and testimonials. The site is fully editable by the client for future scalability.

  • QA & Refinement: After internal testing, we incorporated real user feedback and fine-tuned interaction points to ensure the journey felt seamless, especially on mobile.
